Once you’ve done this, you can send contacts (with or without tags) from ClickFunnels to your ActiveCampaign list.
From there, you can then build advanced automations and segmentations depending on how a contact interacts with your emails and content.
Let’s dive right in.
What Is ActiveCampaign?
Before we start start this integration guide, I think it’s only appropriate to briefly cover what ActiveCampaign is.
ActiveCampaign is a Customer Experience Automation Platform, and they have helped over 140,000 businesses in over 170 countries to stay connect and engaged with their customers.
They does this by automating many of the behind-the-scenes marketing, sales, and support processes. Turning your business inte a more hands off automated business.
And I think that we all should strive for as much automation possible.
Inside of ActiveCampaign you will get access to hundreds of pre-built automations. Everything from email marketing to CRM and machine learning.
How does ActiveCampaign help to optimize customer experience?
Well, they do it in three ways:
- Finding the right blend of automation and human touch. (because no one likes to talk to a robot).
- Making sure that the right actions happens at the right time.
- Blending customer intelligence with your business.
Now with that out of the way, we can carry on with the integration side of things.
